Membership in the Peninsula Youth Orchestras is open to all students, ages 6-18, who wish to study symphonic repertoire and enhance their school music experience. Financial Aid and Work Scholarships are available.

All students enrolled in the PYO
program receive a season ticket voucher to enjoy Maestro Klein and the Peninsula
Symphony.
The Peninsula Youth Orchestra toured Japan
in 1999, and the South Pacific in June and July,
2001.
In 2003, we participated in the European Youth Orchestra Festival in Northern
Italy.
Summer 2004, the Peninsula Young Artists
traveled to New York and performed in Carnegie Hall!
The PYO visited and performed in Northern
Spain and Southern France in July, 2005!
In 2006, the Peninsula Young Artists participated
in a Mozart
Music Festival, in Salzburg and Vienna, Austria!
The 2006-2007 Season was the PYO's 10th Anniversary!
There were special concerts and events, and the PYO
visited
Budapest,
Vienna, and Prague in June, 2007.
In 2008, the Peninsula Young Artists presented
concerts in China!
During the Summer of 2009, the PYO performed
in Paris,
Normandy, Bruges, and Amsterdam!
In 2010, the Peninsula Young Artists play
at Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.
