Mid-Season Audition Information

We're excited to announce that auditions are now open for students to join all PYO ensembles mid-season! Newly admitted students will participate for the rest of the 2025-2026 season. Please read below for more information on how to join.

Instruments We’re Prioritizing

We are especially seeking students who play: viola, cello, bass, bassoon, oboe, brass, and percussion. Auditions are open to all orchestral instrumentalists.

Audition Details

• We will only be accepting video recordings. Please review the 2025-2026 Audition Requirements linked below for audition requirement details.

Application Fee

To help support our audition process and program operations, we will be re-implementing a $25 application fee this season. Details on how to submit payment will be provided after your application is submitted.
